Premier Care Service

Premier Home Care Service East Sussex

Going the extra mile for you

This service has an added touch of pampering and indulgence!

Wouldn’t it be nice to get dressed up and taken to a nice restaurant in town or to the theatre? We could do a little shopping or visit one of your friends you haven’t seen for such long time?

If you were feeling a little tired or under the weather, we could pop round and paint your nails and read to you from a good novel, letting you relax and enjoy being pampered.

You might just want to visit your place of worship and have some time for reflection, to have someone to walk arm in arm with and to get some fresh air.

Anything is possible.

Pamper yourself, you’ve worked hard and you deserve it!

Care Services -Tailored For You

Our home care and companionship service varies for each client depending on what our clients’ requests are.

Tailored service

We understand how hard it can be for people to take the big step of deciding they may need help, or for doing the same for a much-loved family member.

To ease this transition we offer a consultation to discuss your needs and requirements, and match them to the services and Carers we have available.

Our aim is to create a care and companionship plan that meets your needs, is supportive and dignified, whilst remaining flexible - as we understand circumstances can change over time.

Varied and understanding support

We can accompany you to any sort of event and we will not wear a uniform, as a recent survey told us most individuals do not want to feel or look like they are being ‘nursed’, unless of course you wish us to.

For example:

John likes to have assistance in and out of the shower, whilst he is dressing we vacuum and polish his lounge.  We also accompany him on shopping trips and visits to his church.

Vera is supported on her regular appointments at the dentist. Sometimes we will find ourselves reading one of her favourite James Bond novels as her sight is not as it used to be.

Margaret likes us to accompany her to go shopping every Monday, and on Thursdays we take her to visit her best friend who has recently moved into a nursing home.

The choice is yours!
