We have had some changes within the office, the staff are;

Emma - Office Manager

Emma has worked within the health and social care sector for over 17 years. Emma has experience in dementia, medication, end of life and much more.

Emma's voice- I have always been passionate to make a difference to people's days and working within domiciliary care allows us to support the individual to stay in their homes and most importantly put a smile on their face. Maria's Homecare companions really is different to other companies and care really is at the forefront of everything. I like being able to be there to help guide the team and watch them all progress and succeed.

Leanne- Rota and Finance administrator.

Leanne has been working for Maria's Homecare Companions for just under 4yrs now and has gained a wealth of knowledge running the rota and keeping all the finances in check.

Leanne's voice- I enjoy my role organising the rota and ensuring all the clients receive the care they require and I like that Maria's Homecare Companions only ask for a half an hr leeway either side of calls, which is different to other companies. I really like the support I get from the team, it makes a fast pace role less stressful.

Sandra- Receptionist and HR

Sandra has been within the care sector for nearly 5 yrs and has gained lots of knowledge along the way, including

Sandra voice- I enjoy interviewing new carers and watching them go onto flourish within our uniquely selected team. It gives me great satisfaction when hearing from our clients the difference Maria's Homecare Companions makes to their lives. This is the most rewarding and selfless job I've ever had.
